Today, I am joined by mother of four and entrepreneur Shilene Aaron - the inspiring woman behind The Mama Mogul. In this episode, Shilene shares her honest struggles and lessons in blending motherhood with other pursuits. As multi-passionate, multi-talented women, becoming mothers brings out the best in us: case in point, mothers are exceptional creators, visionaries, and managers. Shilene wants us to know that motherhood is the time to define and courageously live out our dreams, not tuck them away. Come on, mama, let’s cast our vision for our multifaceted ministry and mission as inspired women living on purpose!
In part 1 we discuss:

Struggling to feel at home in our role as 'mom' as women of aspiration, and dealing with resentment
Balancing motherhood with the pursuits that 'fill our cup'
Marriage, 'pillow talk,' and 'couch time'
What's to come from The Mama Mogul
Parting wisdom from Shilene
Listen to Part 2 (coming soon).
Shilene Aaron is a wife, mom of four, and creator of The Mama Mogul Brand & Podcast. When she became a single mother of two kids, she struggled to regain clarity of her dreams and goals. It took years for her to realize that even though being a mom is one of the most important missions in life, it's not the only mission. After accepting this truth backed by Proverbs 31, she reclaimed power over her purpose, picked up the pieces of her ambitions, and founded The Mama Mogul.
Her goal is for The Mama Mogul platform is to inspire and encourage moms to thrive in motherhood and womanhood. With Christ at the core, The Mama Mogul helps mothers find the courage, passion, and humility necessary to walk in their callings.
